Texas Capital Bank has a division named Associations Capital Bank. One of their products consists of invoicing and collecting of homeowner association dues between management companies and their residents.
Their customer base was growing, and as a result, they needed to expand this product to support new financial software packages their customers were using. I accomplished this by creating new interfaces and allowing these new financial packages to talk to ACB's system. Several new customers came on board, and additional revenue was generated.
I evaluated 13 BizTalk applications to determine if they would be better suited for a different technology. Potential trouble areas were highlighted followed with call-to-action resolutions, and everything was documented & presented to management. Management acted and has plans to redesign some of these applications onto another platform.
Also during my time at Texas Capital Bank, I performed code reviews, created system documentation, and recommended best practice guidelines for all their existing BizTalk solutions.
